The program focuses on efficacy and safety with personalized hormone prescriptions, dosage adjustments, and lab testing. 

We provide continuous consultation and monitoring, especially during the initial stages or periods of change, to achieve optimal results for efficacy and safety,

Pricing for this program is separate from Brooklyn Integrative Medicine’s general medical and preventive health services.

Program Structure:

  • Initial Evaluation: Includes a health questionnaire, review of medical reports, and a personalized treatment plan. This consultation has a one-time fee of $400.

  • Ongoing Care: Follow-up consultations are designed to monitor progress, adjust dosages, and provide necessary testing. The monthly fee of $250 includes:

    • Telemedicine consultations for hormonal guidance

    • All your BHRT hormone prescriptions

    • Shipping

    • Program oversight

    • Access to the BRITE app for simple symptom tracking, re-ordering and dosing reminders

    Relevant Lab Testing: Payments would be additional and paid directly to the labs. Insurance reimbursement for these would depend on your plan.
